Desirable criteria:

• Be able to swim confidently at least 25m
• Be able to drive or able to drive once in the role

The selection process is challenging, and not everyone who applies will be successful, but you could be the one who does.

The starting salary is £27,178, moving to £36,226 after three years, and there is always an opportunity for progression beyond this. 

If you are successful throughout the selection process, your new career will begin with an intensive 14-week training course at our HQ in Washington.
