Enforcement Notices
Enforcement Notices are issued when fire safety legislation has been breached. These notices outline the required corrective actions and set deadlines for compliance.
The notice is served on the Responsible Person, as defined under Article 3 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
Prohibition Notices
Prohibition Notices are issued when fire risks are deemed so serious that it is necessary to prohibit or restrict the use of certain parts of a premises until safety measures have been implemented.

Petroleum and Explosives Notices
We are responsible for issuing legal notices concerning petroleum and explosives installations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
