Photography and Filming Requests
Tyne and Wear Fire & Rescue Services welcomes photography and filming requests for non-commercial purposes, such as educational projects, media coverage, and community engagement.
To ensure a smooth process while maintaining security and operational readiness, all requests must be submitted in advance and approved by our team. We will carefully review each request to assess its suitability and coordinate visits to designated locations.
Please follow the outlined process below to submit your request and review the guidelines to understand what is permitted.
Request Process
To submit your request, please complete our Arrange a Visit Form stating the type as ‘Photography Request’.
Please allow a minimum of four week’s notice to facilitate your visit. Our team will aim to respond to your request as soon as possible.
Guidelines
Allowed:
Approved photography of service appliances.
Pre-approved and scheduled visits to ensure availability and safety.
Supervised visits ensuring security and operational readiness.
Not Allowed:
Photography of sensitive equipment or storage areas.
Unsupervised or walk-in visits.
Use of images for commercial purposes without prior approval.
